Some of our clients elect to have their landscaping built in phases. This is sometimes a good idea, especially in situations where the landscaping project is quite large. Assembling the garden in phases spreads the financial cost out and also gives the home owner time to adjust to their changing landscape.
We are used to working in challenging locations. Poor flowing wells, deer visitation and severe drainage problems are just some of the more common challenges. There are several creative approaches this particular problem. The use of water storage tanks or xeriscape planting are two solutions. Both of these allow for a lovely garden landscape to be put in place.
We take pride in the fact that we install over 95% of the landscape designs we produce. Our landscaping installation team insures that our clients get their landscapes installed to the highest landscaping standards.

We never use any Herbicides or Pesticides, or Synthetic fertilizers. These are harmful to both people and soil organisms. An important part of creating a low maintenance garden landscape is to ensure that soil organisms flourish in your garden.
All of the garden lanscapes we design and build are done with low maintenance in mind. Proper site preparation, use of high quality plant material and regular applications of organic matter mulch (composted materials such as Seasoil,) help to provide the building blocks for a low maintenance garden landscape design.
We have all our prospective clients talk with us by either a meeting, email or phone call. This will give us a close view of your site. It also gives us some insight into your needs and dreams for the property. After an initial contact, we will arrange for a landscape designer to come visit you on your site and further discuss the landscaping design process.
We frequently design and build gardens which are regularly visited by deer. Some of the pictures on our web site are from deer resistant gardens. There is a huge selection of plant material that deer will avoid eating.
Our design rate is $100.00/hr. The size of your property and features within the area (i.e., ponds, arbors, sculptures) will dictate how much a given lanscaping design will cost.
